There are a few cases where customers may have an issue while trying to order online.
- One reason may be that the customer is trying to order for a delivery date, and the cut-off point for ordering for that date has passed.
Orders for same-day delivery in Dublin must be made before 11am.
Orders for next-day delivery in Ireland, including Northern Ireland, must be made before 4pm.
Orders for same-day delivery in London must be received by the times outlined as follows:
-For deliveries between 9.30am and 1.30pm, orders must be made by 9am.
-For deliveries between 1pm and 5pm, orders must be made by 12pm.
-For deliveries between 4.30pm and 9pm, orders must be made by 3.30pm.Orders for next-day delivery in the UK must be made before 5.15pm.
- Another reason may be that there is an issue with the card being used for payment.
If you are not directed to the order confirmation page after inputting all the necessary order details, it is likely that your order has not gone through. In a case such as this we would recommend trying to order again from a different device or browser as there may have been a connection time-out.
