You can cancel an order by sending us an email at support@bloommagic.com. We need to receive notification of cancellation by 12pm the day before the delivery date, or by 12pm two days before Sunday deliveries, as our office closes on Fridays for the weekend.
If you wish to cancel the day of delivery, we are afraid this is not possible as the bouquet will likely be in production or have already been made, meaning the flowers have been cut and packaged by our florists and cannot be resold or repurposed.
