In this case, unfortunately we cannot reroute the delivery if it is already out with our courier. This is due to logistical reasons regarding the driver's chosen route. In some cases it can be possible, but cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, a re-delivery fee may apply.
As per our policy, when a customer has entered the wrong address and the delivery has gone to this address, we cannot replace the bouquet for free. However, we understand that mistakes like this can happen, and we would be willing to send out a replacement bouquet to the correct address at cost price.
