You can easily check the delivery status of your order using our Order Tracking tool.
Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact delivery time as this depends on a driver's route on any given day. Deliveries are made throughout the day, usually between 9am-6pm. During busy periods, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, deliveries can sometimes run a little earlier / later than usual due to the high volume. If your order is with DPD's premium delivery service, the recipient will be notified of an hour window in which DPD expect to make the delivery (this is one reason why we request the recipient's phone number, the second reason is in case the driver needs to contact the recipient to arrange delivery).
As soon as we have received confirmation from our delivery partners that the flowers have arrived, we will mark the order as delivered and you will receive a confirmation email.
We rely on our drivers and delivery partners to inform us when the flowers are delivered. So during very busy times there can be small delays between when the flowers actually arrive and when they show as delivered on our system.
If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing email@example.com or call us on 01 5176247 (ROI) or 0808 2812581 (UK), and one of our customer service agents will be happy to help!
