If you need to edit the delivery address, you can do so by logging into your Bloom Magic Account and going to 'Order History' and clicking 'Edit Address.' This can be done within one hour of making the order.
If you are outside of this time frame, or if you need to make another change to your order, please email email@example.com, and we will do our best to assist you. If you have any amendments please contact us ASAP.
Please note that any changes to your order (eg: delivery address, delivery date, gift message, additional items, product selection and cancellation) must be made by 12:00pm the day before delivery date, or by 12:00pm on the Friday before Sunday and Monday deliveries, to ensure that we have time to amend/cancel the order prior to dispatch and before our offices close on Friday. Although we will always try our best to make the changes you request, we cannot guarantee we shall be able to make the changes. Orders placed or cancelled after our offices have closed on Friday or on Saturdays/Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received on the following working day.
